Do I need to equip or activate it?
Tpose Gaming describes passive protection while the amulet is in the hotbar. Player descriptions differ on whether the trigger is any hit or a grab, so do not treat it as immunity. Our conservative recommendation is to carry it and maintain your escape route.
Where does the amulet spawn?
The source reports variable loot locations. Search the containers available along a sensible route; do not cross the entire map for an alleged guaranteed spawn. A missing item at someone else’s location is not, by itself, a bug.
What should I do when it triggers?
Create distance and reassess your inventory. Do not stand still to measure a claimed stun duration during a live match. Avoid assuming a consumed item will protect you twice. The precise duration and throwable behavior still need version-specific verification.
